The Ballard location has more vegan options and shares a space with Mighty-O Donuts, which happens to specialize in vegan treats. One of the flavors at the scoop shop is a collaboration of sorts: The Neapolitan will feature Mighty-O’s chocolate donuts, mixed strawberry compote from local Shuh Farms, and organic vanilla coconut cream.
