In addition to offering destination-worthy meals like a prix fixe, a la carte options like the roasted bone marrow, and fun classes to learn all manner of cooking techniques, Marrow makes a really impressive smash burger that leans in on the spot’s butchery expertise. Each burger comes with two well-done patties made with beef and bits of bacon, pickles, local greens, American cheese, and Marrow’s own creamy Kerch sauce — all served in a sesame seed bun.
