"I found that Brick and Mortar (formerly Dailies and Sides) will host Cheffrey’s Kitchen’s residency beginning August 16 and will also roll out a regular menu starting August 14 led by culinary director Alan Somphonephakdy, founder of the Asian street-food pop-up Salty Smiles. The regular menu emphasizes Southern-influenced Asian cuisine using local ingredients, with items such as corn–scallion fritters with hot honey, massaman curry potato egg rolls served with a green chutney sauce, and a smash burger; reservations are not needed for the regular menu.
