"Harold Moore, who shut down his West Village restaurant Commerce nine years ago, is reviving it as Cafe Commerce — only this time on the Upper East Side. Moore announced the news via Instagram: “This isn’t just a move; it’s an evolution of everything you loved about Commerce, now crafted into something even more special,” he wrote.
