"You may not know this about me, but I’m a classically trained pizza scholar. I went to pizza school, a.k.a. Pizza a Casa on the Lower East Side. Theirs is a quick dough; I use Saf Instant Yeast and let it rise for an hour if I can stand it."

Google
Our team had an amazing night learning how to make pizza together! We had the opportunity to try so many flavor combinations and then make our own, each of us left with new pizza making knowledge no matter how experienced we were. Ricky was really our difference maker, he was the perfect blend of charming, charismatic, knowledgeable and funny. Our group of 15 loved our time here bonding as a team, 1000/10, highly recommend!

Elton Lin

Google
Awesome class! Shah was an amazing teacher. Lots of hands on dough time and demystified a lot of the pizza making fundamentals. I left feeling much more confident about my pizza making abilities and cut through the noise of over-complicating the process. Highly recommended!! You'll get to make 4 whole pizzas of your own design and leave feeling very full!

Padmini Sangaraju

Google
Loved learning how to make NY style pizza today with Shah, Rufus, and Eduardo. They were all super kind, patient and helpful. Definitely recommend doing this at least once!!

Gemma Saylor

Google
We had a brilliant time!! Thank you Shah, Rufus and Eduardo. Can’t wait to try recreating these pizzas at home. We all had so much fun - dad jokes included. And the secret pizza was 💯

David Fernandez

Google
The pizza class was amazing! I can't say enough how incredible Shah, Eduardo, & Ricky were during our session. They were so engaging, super helpful, and had a wealth of knowledge regarding all things pizza. Our clients had a blast too and the pizzas came out great! Would highly recommend for any outside the box corporate events. Jenny the owner was also so helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. 10/10!

Google
A must do for sure ! I have done this three times already and each time it is awesome. Super great staff who love what they do . You will come out with a new appreciation for all things pizza. Always a great mix of other students in the class make it even more fun . Just go !

Google
Best time ever. Mark's passion is unmatched. The vibe is impeccable. You're going to hangout with a group of new friends and learn a TON in the process. This is thoroughly enjoyable and I can't suggest it enough. Eduardo and Ricky are awesome, too. If you already enjoy making pizza, or think you're halfway okay at it and wonder if you need this... YOU DO. You don't need anything crazy, fancy, or impractical to make amazing pizza at home when you learn from Mark and team.

Google
We had the BEST time at Pizza School! Everyone was asking how they could book something personal there and said best event they have been to in a long time. Ricky, Eduardo, and Shah were fantastic and made the it fun and interactive – Definitely bonded with each other and our clients! The music was fantastic too. We will be back! 😊

Yelp
From the first interaction over the phone, husband and wife owners were incredibly friendly, professional and responsive to my questions about the class. While I've heard this place is a good fit for large group events, we decided to do this as date night as a couple on a Sunday. The store was cozy and clean. The instructor was extremely personable. The pizza was decent. The event itself felt long, but was well organized. Make room in your refrigerator for multiple take home pizzas. Price was a bit expensive for the value, I think this visit might be better suited for large groups (6+ people or coworker team building activity). Entire staff was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you!

Yelp
Needed to check out where this beautiful school was. Significant other booked a course here.

Yelp
I attended a Pizza School NYC class about three months ago. It was a GREAT Experience and I recommend to all who are interested in making Pizza at home and want to reach a level of competency and confidence as soon as possible. I had always wanted to make Pizza at home and purchased an Ooni 16" Koda. I soon discovered that while all the videos on Youtube made the endeavor look easy and simple, there is a steep (and costly) learning curve. So, I decided rather than continue to try to reach a basic level of competency by watching others on YT, I would take a class and learn firsthand from experts who could guide me through the process in person. My biggest issues were shaping the dough and launching the pizza into the oven. Mark and his team showed and let all practice the proper techniques as well as the importance of the right equipment. The Pizza School NYC Dough has also been a game changer. It is pretty easy to make/knead versus other doughs I had tried and very kind to beginners (doesn't tear easily). I can tell you from personal experience and a lot of wasted time and ingredients, a class at Pizza School NYC will provide a very quick return on investment. And, it's also a lot of fun.

Yelp
It's not cheap but it's a truly special experience. The owner was great to work with and the three men who ran the party--Ricky, Shah, and Edwardo--were fun, organized, and professional. We hosted a birthday party for a group of 18 year olds and they all loved it.

Yelp
! We had so much fun with our kids -- the instructors were friendly and knowledgeable. I feel pretty confident I can take what I learned and apply it to making pizza at home. It was such a fun and welcoming atmosphere with all the other beginner and more experienced pizza chefs! Great for families and I'm sure great for corporate events!

Yelp
It was the great experience to learn how to make pizza with Neil and the class was so much fun.

Yelp
Easily one of the BEST cooking classes I have EVER taken. Perfect date night, girl's night, family/friend outing, or whatever event you're looking to celebrate. Why spend a ton of money on a dinner when you can LEARN how to make pizza for the rest of your life?!! Couldn't be more FUN and educational and delicious. Neil and Eduardo were SUPER nice and friendly and engaging. I couldn't be happier.
google avatar

Yelp
Very cool place to check out for a team bonding activity or even if you're just visiting in town! I absolutely loved how energetic the staff was and made the night pass by quickly. You definitely do not leave hungry, with plenty to take home. and there's lots of delicious toppings like ricotta and pancetta that you can use to make your own pizza. Highly recommend for a great time!
google avatar

Yelp
I had a great time at pizza school. We came here for a work outing and weren't too sure of what to expect. We walked in and we're all pleased. The instructors start you off with wine and pizza tastings. Once you had tried a few you go to work learning to make them yourself! You are paired up with a partner and are able to make 4 personal pizzas between the two of you. The instructors are very knowledgeable about the topics they discuss and make it a very interactive and fun experience for all. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to try something different. It will definitely be a fun and memorable night!
google avatar

Yelp
Came here for a work bonding event and it was SO much fun! The session starts out with a tasting of all their signature pizzas while everyone can warm up with some wine. Then you learn how to make the pizza. They walk you through making the dough in pairs and then you can choose your own sauce and toppings. The instructors are so fun and it was one of our favorite events to this day!

Yelp
I just got back from the school and it was an amazing experience. Mark and Neil were just about the coolest and most hospitable guys and truly help you understand the fundamentals of making pizza. Wether youre looking for something new to try or are looking to take it to the next level this is the only place to do it in New York.

Steve O.

Yelp
I stumbled on a link to Pizza School NYC while searching for a good pizza dough recipe, checked out their website and signed up for an online class. The experience was so much better than I expected. Great people leading the class, very interactive, and they have so much knowledge to share regarding how to make pizza dough as well as pizza sauce. Highly recommend Pizza School NYC!

Yelp
BEST. NIGHT. EVER!!!! How much fun can it be to make pizza? super fun!! Especially when you have a great staff to work with and a small intimate group- we had a rare group of 6! Before I decided to book this for my husband for his birthday, I read all the reviews and contemplated whether it was worth the money. Since he doesn't request much and has always wanted to attend a pizza school, I thought it'd be worth it. It sure was a once in a lifetime event. Dano, Amy and Jose were as amicable and humorous as you can get. They first welcome you and give you a drink. Then as everyone arrives, you start to take the class. I don't want to give too much away, but everything about pizza-making is pretty much covered. How to make the dough, what tools to use, what ingredients work well, what temperature to cook it in, and how to make the pie. They even had a sample ingredient tasting where you can taste their homemade sausage! You are provided with a lot of options in the pantry but also a few good quality items such as pancetta and fresh cows milk mozzarella from the famous Di Palo. The instructor Dano also made a few pies for us to sample as we went through the class. It's pretty amazing how fast the pizza cooks and how full you'll be by the time you get to eat your own first pizza! You get 4 to make and take home, and trust me, you'll be having leftover pizza for the next week. Overall there is a reason why this school has such high ratings and a high price. It's worth it to do once, and if not, it's a great gift for people celebrating huge events such as weddings!

Yelp
Come starving!!! And ready for spicy honey-cheesy pizzas. Just had an awesome Sunday for a baby shower at this place; you eat nonstop delicious kinds of pizza right at the start and then again when you've made up to four of your own pies to eat on-the-spot or take home. The pizza chef Dano playfully and simply describes how to make the homemade crust, knead the dough, and shroud your pizza with toppings and cheese from legendary Little Italy cheese shop Di Palo's. He's warm and super helpful as your hands are covered in sticky flour, as are his two employees around him who are constantly cleaning up and keeping the space spotless while you're having so much fun. Best friends and strangers alike could have a blast here learning and eating. 5 stars!!!!!!

Yelp
I went with a friend to Pizza School last Sat night - I've been to night school, but this was an entirely different experience! We had two great instructors, who have had decades of pizza making behind them. They walked us through 4 different pizzas -making everything from scratch...and then passing them out. We savored every bite - they were as good as any I've had in the city. Then, we made our own - 4 more pizzas - using any ingredient/spice/cheese/ herb you can think of. It was so much fun - my partner said she wasn't a good cook, but quickly became skilled at making pizza dough and rolling it out! It was a splendid time-we really enjoyed cooking and interacting with the 3 other couples...and eating great pizza!

Yelp
What a great experience. Went here on a Friday night and had a wonderful time! The three men leading the class were great-funny, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Made four pizzas each and had an unlimited amount of toppings to chose from. Music was playing and it turned into a club a few hours in. Had the most wonderful time and will be sure to come back soon. Only thing to note is that it was a little disappointing that at least one or two glasses of wine wasn't included. Class itself was expensive, so I would think a $10 bottle of wine would be included

Yelp
Had the best time here learning all things pizza! We drank beers, mixed dough, and ate the finished product - which was SO GOOD. Since I was here, ive made four pizzas at home using all of the techniques ive learned there. 10/10 highly recommended; its a fun atmosphere and truly a unique experience.

George Z.

Yelp
Mark and Jenny do a terrific job of taking you through the fundamentals of making delicous pizza with humor and understanding. The class worked well for a novice like me and a more experienced pizza cook like my son. They adapt the class to a wide range of ingredients, equipment, and cooking experience. The instructions and videos are great. Finally, the pizza you wind up with is fabulous.

Yelp
I wish I could give this place a 37935992 star rating because it was that phenomenal. I was expecting this with the 5-star rating but the guys here still blew me out of the water. Neil, Nicky B and Manny, kudos - you guys are amazing at running this class. We arrived a few minutes early and from the moment we walked in they made us feel welcomed. They answered all our questions and were so caring and accommodating. My boyfriend and I were actually the only people in the class from NYC, so I highly recommend for NYers and people visiting. We ate SO much pizza and I legit felt like a pro pizza maker by the end. One thing is it is pricey. It was 295 for the two of us plus we got wine when we were there. One recommendation would be to include house red in the deal, at least a glass or two. Other than that keep doing what you're doing!

Yelp
My GF and I had so much fun doing this class and would very highly recommend this to anyone! We left this class a) totally full and slightly tipsy off the wine b) very inspired to continue to make pizza in our own home kitchen!! And best part is, even with no prev background prior to this, we left feeling VERY CONFIDENT that we could totally do it! The instructors are very knowledgeable and personable and provide lots of interesting background / useful tips in a very fun & enjoyable way. Plus, the class is SUPER HANDS ON so you can apply the tips in real time! You'll be literally completing every step... kneading the dough, choosing toppings from a pantry loaded with options, plus eating a TON of pizza. We made 4 pies ourselves to go along with 4 pies made by the instructors (yes we needed some boxes when we left). When you attend, be sure to come hungry!

Yelp
My boyfriend is a huge pizza aficionado and also loves trying new activities, so I wanted to do something along those lines as a Christmas present. I found Pizza School through a Google search and saw previous reviews and felt this would be good. The class was above and beyond our expectations! Neil, Eric, and Deonte were personable, fun, informative, and helpful. As a chef, I wasn't sure if I would learn anything, but I was dead wrong. We received so many amazing tips on improving our pizza game at home, plus we ate our faces off! All the participants in class were also quite kind, which made it such a great Sunday afternoon activity. I would highly recommend this and think it would be especially fun as a private event like a birthday party or anniversary event.
google avatar

Emily M.

Yelp
We had the BEST time at pizza school this weekend! Rather than buy each other Christmas gifts, boyfriend and I decided to get tickets to a Saturday night class. Mark and team were so fun and informative, the class was so entertaining but we learned so much. Loved the different pizza options they recommended and the ability to customize. The class flew by and we were so sad it ended. We can't wait to come back! So worth it and absolutely a must-do for locals and tourists.
google avatar

Yelp
Who doesn't love Pizza? What an amazing day! The staff was beyond friendly and helpful! You can tell Mark loves his job! I'm so excited to finish our outdoor kitchen so I can use the skills I learned! Plan a party or go and meet New people! I get together with a group of girls once a month. Be this is a perfect idea! Oh wait? The pizza is Amazing! He teaches you to believe it's easy! Keep it Simple! His 60 second sauce is the best pizza sauce! Topping are all high end. Thank you for an amazing experience and an amazing day!

Beth D.

Yelp
Great birthday gift for my husband - our five kids ages 19-26 came along with our niece and nephew. So much fun - so many laughs and happy memories and so much information on how to make the best pizzas! Highly recommend!

Evelyn R.

Yelp
Oh my god. Where to start. Epic experience that we have appreciated weeks after our class. Mark and everyone else from the class spends so much time genuinely teaching you how to make pizza from scratch, dough, sauce, and all! This isn't one of those classes where you make pizza for fun but can not replicate at home. Attaching a pizza we made at home, from scratch, based on all our techniques from the class! They really teach you easy at-home methods to make your own pizza crust and sauce, and even have a hotline to answer any emergency questions (we actually called and got an answer)! You can tell they truly enjoy their classes and the only purpose of the business is to help you succeed in making your own pizza at home! PS - have a small snack before you go as the prep and cooking takes a bit of time but definitely leave plenty of room to eat all the pizza you can eat!! You can make four of your own pizzas to eat or take some of the dough home to make it at home! They also make four pizzas for you to try with doughs that have aged and are fresh for you to see the difference!

Yelp
This 4 hour class was packed with tons of info, comedy, food & fun. The 3 teachers were terrific, helpful, friendly, knowledgable & patient. Class size was 10 on our particular day, which seemed perfect for lots of individual attention. We made 4 of our own pizzas (took the rest home in a box for later). Lots of different types - white, meat lovers, dessert etc! Learned SO much about cheese, dough, pizza cooking supplies, and creativity. I bought a couples' pass for my boyfriend's Bday & it was funny because every couple there was a gift for the guy from the girl! Apparently they also do private events, which are probably amazing. They serve drinks too (water is free) which was a great idea. Totally hands-on experience and the 4hrs flew by.
google avatar

Kay D.

Yelp
I cannot think of a single thing Pizza School could do to improve our experience! From the fresh made welcome pizzas to the fact that they have a counter-cam that lets people in the back see the dough demos- everything went of without a hitch. And even better- my team thinks I am super cool and all I had to do was schedule it!
google avatar

Sub B.

Yelp
My team had a team building event at the Pizza School NYC. It was an amazing experience. Delicious pizza before the actual pizza making event and the hosts were amazing. I have been to a lot of team building events (some at fancy and expensive locations) but I'd rank this as one of my favs. It's been a month since and our team is still raving about our experience. Our quandary now is how to find something to top this in our next team building event :( Thank you!!
google avatar

Michelle B.

Yelp
Went to the pizza school on a Friday night with my whole family for my birthday. It was an absolute blast. I was so surprised that we got to make 4 different pizzas each. It was too much food we had to bring some home! Pro tip: don't arrive starving. You don't actually eat anything until about 2.5 hours in. Thank you to Neil, Manny and Nick for an incredible evening!

Shelbi A.

Yelp
Such a fun experience! I got this for my boyfriend for his birthday and it was perfect! Highly recommend!

Yelp
If you want to learn how to make a food item you're probably eating a ton of, take this class and feel a little better about your obsession! Took my boyfriend here as a birthday present and we both had a great time. This is just a teaching school that focuses on pizza so they keep the class sizes small and there is a lot of hands-on instruction. The class is four hours and you get to make four pizzas on your own, in addition to the ones that are made for you in class to enjoy while there. The instructors were friendly and informative and made sure to answer any questions the group had. They have a beer and wine menu that you can purchase items from, along with also selling merchandise and supplies. The staff even made a dessert pizza to celebrate Jay's birthday and two other special occasions. This is a great experience that I would recommend but it is pricey. I think for the price, a few beers or wine glasses should be included to really make this worth it. Otherwise, please go!

Yelp
FEELING BORED??? Whether you are a tourist or, as in my case, a native New Yorker, I promise you that this is an amazing way to spend an afternoon or evening. In four hours you learn to make four pizzas from scratch. And even if you never handled dough in your life, I promise you those four pizzas will taste, and look, terrific! Mark Bello is a genius, and Jenny and the rest of the staff were supportive, friendly and really helpful. Even though the atmosphere is relaxed, with plenty of levity, it is totally professional. And the bottom line is that you really learn how to make pizza. Most importantly, you develop the confidence to take your new skills home and successfully replicate, so that you never have to order another pizza again. The class is fantastic. A one of a kind experience, worth every penny. TAKE THIS CLASS!!!

R C.

Yelp
great instructors that move at a great pace delicious pizza fun experience definitely worth your time and money

Dean B.

Yelp
Neil & Eduardo were fantastic hosts! We had a great time and learned some great techniques for making excellent pizza. Can't wait to try at home!
google avatar

Yelp
If you are even slightly considering doing this, do it. This is a life experience that you'll carry with you with every homemade pizza you make at home (which believe me, will be a lot once you learn how easy it is to make pizza). My boyfriends parents bought this for us for Christmas and we were both surprised and excited with how great the reviews were (and once we took the class, how it exceeded our expectations). I have made (good enough) pizza from scratch at home before, so I was familiar with the process of making pizza; My boyfriend has never made pizza, so I was more excited that he was going to learn how to make these for me. Regardless of your level of cooking, you're going to learn something here - whether it's making your pizza light and airy (one of the problems I was having) or what type of ingredients to use / where to source in NY. The instructors are incredibly friendly and awesome and don't make you feel like an idiot if you screw up. Pro tip: Sit closer to the ovens, it's hotter but you get first choice on the samples / pizza's they make. We were seated closest to the door, so we got the smallest pieces =( Thanks Dano, Elina and Roberto!

Rolly D.

Yelp
The Pizza School was a blast! I have long thought myself a Pizzia afficianado and a decent home pizza chef. However, I have always fallen short of that mythical NYC taste. I learned so much in this class/entertainment that I am sure my in house pizza making is going to improve immediately... can't wait to try out the new secrets! Even if you are not seekingt to become the next great pizza chef its just a great way to spend the afternoon. I can't say enough about instructors and staff as they were all friendly and helpful.
google avatar

Merisa H.

Yelp
This place is so fun! It is mostly for organized groups (I am not sure you can just walk in), but I would try to come if you can! The three men who "lead" our group were so fun and tried really hard to entertain us (and it worked). Dano is hysterical and really knows his stuff. You get to make your own pizza, after they show you how to make the dough, stretch it out, etc. The amount of toppings that they have to choose from is unreal. Like 70+ toppings. I made a brussel sprout, balsamic, prosciutto, and smoked mozzarella pizza and it was the bomb (if I do say so myself). They also give you copious amounts of wine (BONUS). Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to have a good time and eat great food!

Yelp
Let's get something out of the way first: yes, it's expensive. It's also totally worth it. My wife and I went for St. Valentine's and it was an amazing experience, probably one of the most fun dates we've had in a long time. Mark, Jenny and Neil make sure that you have a great time, while learning to make delicious pizza. Can't go wrong with this one.
google avatar

Dylan M.

Yelp
This goes down as one of the most fun and cool things I've done. Definitely an awesome idea for a day date with the significant other. My wife and I went to New York around Christmas time and saw that this class was one of the top rated things to do. It did not disappoint. Nick and Manny did an awesome job teaching us how to make the best homemade pizza. We even bought all of the equipment to start making pizza at home. Pizza tasted great and we learned a lot about making New York style pizza. I would highly recommend this for anyone who is a fan of pizza.
google avatar

Roberto B.

Yelp
such a great time! 1) the team, headed by Dano, were super awesome fellas. everything was explained thoroughly, humorously and deliciously. 2) you'll eat a ton of delicious pizza. 3) you'll learn how to make a ton of delicious pizza. 4) you'll meet cool new people that share pizza passion. The nicest thing about it was that these fellas really care about the end product and they don't treat pizza as junk food. The ingredients are fantastic, the pizzas themselves are light (more like Neapolitan style than NY style- but you can make them however you want) and you'll walk out wanting to buy a bag of 00 flour and inviting everyone in your phone book to show off your new superpower. Grazie amici!
google avatar

Rachel Z.

Yelp
Took my bf here for his Xmas gift. Dano was our main teacher with Nick and Neil assisting. They are very playful and helpful during the whole class. The class in total is about 4 hours, it basically covers everything you need to know about pizza-making. We had so much fun tasting and making pizza. They have a lot options, so you can either follow the instructions or just go creative. I highly recommend this to couple and group of friends.

Teresa C.

Yelp
I signed my family and I up for the virtual class as a gift for my stepdad, and Jenny was so helpful in answering my questions to get us registered. We had so much fun! Their knowledge about pizza is amazing, and we had a fantastic time learning about the process and, of course, making the pizzas. The class translated really well to Zoom, and our pizzas came out really good. A lot of fun, I definitely 100% recommend!
google avatar

Jennifer S.

Yelp
Wow, what an amazing concept! If you love pizza, and who doesn't- grab a friend, date, spouse and book a class. You will not be disappointed. We had a great time! Don't wait to the last minute to book, as the classes are small and will sell out. My friend Dara told me about her experience and I couldn't wait to have the same experience. So glad we did. The staff neil and danno are exceptional - danno thanks so much for helping our pizza look good and taste even better! Make sure you go hungry, you will be sampling four pizzas that neil makes, and then you get to make four of your own pizzas, eat what you can, and box the rest. Our pizzas came out so good, we even bought the supplies to make them at home. And what's better-- if you get stuck, they have a pizza hotline you can call to get help from the pros!!!

Taylor M.

Yelp
The instructors were amazing. They have a large variety of toppings to choose from. I went with my boyfriend and the entire class was all couples. Definitely an activity to do with only 1 other person. Only do a group if you're renting out the entire place. We left very full and even had leftovers Only complaint would be the space is small but it's nyc so that's what I'd expect. I also wish it came with 1 free beverage for the price. However these two things don't take away from the great experience and I still give 5 stars.

Alexandra S.

Yelp
My boyfriend took me here for my birthday (finally no fruit plates!) as a surprise and it was an amazing experience. Dano was our main teacher and Manny was one of the side assistants. I have to say Manny really made the experience for my boyfriend and I. He was helpful, personable, inquisitive in a way that wasn't annoying and was smiling the entire time. The breakdown of the class is as follows: Listen to Dano lecture about some interesting pizza facts and learn to make dough. Become agonizingly hungry in a short period of time and have Dano save you by making some great pizza. After some lecturing and some light eating, the class does a full 180 and all the sudden you're up, out of your chairs, spinning dough, adding ingredients, yelling across the kitchen to dano, cooking pizza, dancing, drinking - just feeling amazing. The class was 4 hours (most people left early) and we left STUFFED, laughing, having learned something new and experienced what was easily, one of the best Friday nights I've had in awhile! Sidenote: -Place is somewhat small, so expect to be slightly cramped. -Air conditioning is strong so, a light sweater for woman wouldn't be a bad idea. -Small storage area for small bags. -Wear clothes you don't care about! -Pricing is worth it! -Alcohol is NOT included. -Chairs you will be sitting on are stools/you will be on your feet for awhile.

Yelp
I wish I could give this place a higher rating. What an awesome experience! I highly recommend this place for either small groups or corporate team building (which is what I had booked it for) We did the "Pizza Making Experience" and it far exceeded expectations. Jenny was wonderful to work with in the planning stages. I really liked when we arrived and were greeted with various types of pizza and able to enjoy our drinks and mingle before the class started. Neil, Nick and Ricky were so amazing! They were very entertaining yet informative teachers. They also ensured everyone understood the directions and were available every step of the way. The options for pizza were plentiful with a nice selection of toppings. All in all it was a wonderful and fun experience for all of us and there was lots of raving at the office for several days :)

Yelp
AMAZING. End of story. I scheduled a surprise pizza class for my fiancé, and we loved every minute. We learned how to make dough and sauce from scratch, and then had the opportunity to make and taste 4 different pizzas of our choosing! Also, the class sizes are just right, allowing for enough attention from the staff (especially when you're working on those first few dough tosses!) while also having fun with the other class participants! I have and would continue to recommend this to anyone that wants to learn how to make delicious pizza and have fun while doing it!

Yelp
It costs a pretty penny, but it's fun, you learn something, you laugh a few times and you leave STUFFED. Pick up a few items on your way out and you can open up an Original Ray's pizza shop the next day. OK, maybe not, but you're a way better pizza maker than Papa John or Ellio. The class isn't short, at 4+ hours running time it takes up most of the day, but the fact that you're taking a class, eating and cooking, makes it fly by. Instructor Mark and his staff are easy going and ready to help out when your pie is square and has more holes than Swiss cheese... with extra holes. Grab a cold Sixpoint, share some of your homemade pies with the class and then take a few home for the fam. Ain't nothin wrong with that. Make sure to check their online schedule for pasta classes and couples classes. Also, arrive a bit early if you're driving. Parking is poor in that area. Ciao.
