"Located just off the Strip and popular with locals, this all-you-can-eat buffet is best known for themed shellfish nights — lobster dinners on Wednesday and Thursday and prime rib with snow crab on Fridays — that draw diners back for multiple trips to the stations. The executive chef says the hottest items are hot snow crab legs and whole and tail lobsters; by-the-numbers figures include about 20,000 pounds of snow crab and 11,000 miniature desserts served per month. Each lobster dinner features a tableside raffle winner who receives a five-pound live lobster that the kitchen then prepares for the table.
