Pho Saigon 8 opens in Centennial with pho and Vietnamese fare soon | Eater Vegas

"After 13 years and three very popular Las Vegas locations, I've learned Pho Saigon 8 is headed to Centennial to become the only dedicated Vietnamese restaurant for miles around. The casual space at 6710 N. Hualapai Way, inside the Albertsons-anchored retail center at the intersection with the 215, promises a coming-soon debut possibly by the end of October and is tentatively scheduled to be open daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., keeping similar long hours to its Rainbow Boulevard, Spring Mountain, and Eastern Avenue predecessors.
