"At its new location in the lobby of the 1931 General Electric Building I found Urbanspace addresses many earlier problems: the bi-level, horseshoe layout with sixteen vendors feels more spacious and allows crowds to move more freely, and an upstairs mezzanine provides ample, comfortable seating with good views. Stalls are wider and shallower so those who linger don't block others, alcohol is easier to acquire at a central Top Hops island, and the later 11 p.m. closing time lets the place function more like a local bar. Still, lunch overcrowding can be an issue, entrance bottlenecks form at the single revolving door, stall personnel sometimes seem undertrained, and a full meal tends to cost $15–$20, which feels expensive for a food court." - Robert Sietsema
