The multi-day closure covered the restaurant plus the prep kitchen, butcher shop, bar, hot line, server station, and exhibition kitchen. Health district officials cited issues related to pest control and food safety, noting violations such as inadequate measures to prevent contamination, improper food handling, and potential cross-contamination risks; in total, 42 demerits were assigned across several operations, though no demerits were reported for the bar and server station. According to the restaurant’s website, it remained closed over the weekend but was scheduled to reopen for dinner service at 5 p.m. on Monday, January 6.
