Mr. Fries Man sets debut date on Flamingo Road | Eater Vegas

"Overseen by chef Craig Batiste, whose trademark “HELLLOOOOOO” announcements and nearly half a million Instagram followers have turned the concept into a social-media cult favorite, Mr. Fries Man is a fast-casual tribute to loaded French fry platters. Launched as an L.A. food cart and grown to 21 franchises within five years, the simple menu serves a mountain of fries topped with chicken, shrimp, steak, bacon, chili, crab, and plant-based meat, plus sauces including sweet barbecue, hot Buffalo, lemon garlic, mango habanero, and the house “Smack” and “Hello” recipes. Planned to open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., the eastside location will debut on July 24 inside a former 1,350-square-foot Subway store at the Flamingo Market Place on Flamingo Road — less than two miles from the Strip and a short distance from the intersection with Cambridge Street — after a North Las Vegas outpost recently drew huge crowds and even ran out of ingredients on opening day." - Bradley Martin
