Food doesn’t get much more local than sourced from directly upstairs, or much more sustainable than grown aeroponically. With the remaining ingredients in its menu sourced responsibly, the charming West Village spot is a great place to enjoy oysters on the half shell whose farming promotes the cleanup of local waters.
