"It was a big deal for Montreal’s NDG neighborhood when a crew of young restaurateurs launched this buzzy wine bar on Sherbrooke Street West. Since 2021, they’ve been plating food that effortlessly adapts to the seasons and weaves a medley of flavors from around the world. Think salmon pastrami with whipped labneh and focaccia, or ricotta-stuffed agnolotti pasta in miso brown butter.
