"Perched atop the Loews Regency Hotel's 40th-floor Sky Deck, Spirits in the Sky is an elusive, seasonal open-air cocktail bar offering inventive, rotating cocktails and stunning panoramic views of North Beach and the Transamerica Building; it's open Tuesdays–Saturdays from 4 p.m.–8 p.m., seasonally and weather permitting.
