"Cochon555, the epic annual food, wine and spirit celebration, returns to Nashville for its second stop on the 2020 tour on Sunday, March 1 at Loews Vanderbilt Hotel. This year’s all-inclusive feast will feature a prestigious group of chefs who are at the top of their game when it comes to whole animal cooking as well as farmers who are responsibly raising heritage breed pigs. This year’s competing chefs include Chef Julio Hernandez of Nectar: Urban Cantina, Chef Kristin Beringson of Ellington’s Mid Way Bar & Grill, Chef Joey Molteni of Hathorne, and Chef Trey Cioccia of Black Rabbit and Chef Patrick Gossett of Loews Vanderbilt Hotel. Each will receive a heritage breed pig sustainably sourced to create a maximum of 6 dishes for competition. Additionally, bites and beverages from a curated crew of local chefs, boutique distillers and artisan winemakers will ensure an array of culinary creativity and inventive libations.
