"A new American-style brewery from two brothers, Nomadic Beerworks, is opening soon in South Austin at 3804 Woodbury Drive; the former warehouse should start its new life as a brewery sometime this April or early May. The brewery will focus on variants of American styles of beer, anchored in delicious IPAs, with ten to twelve rotating taps and plans for a barrel-aging and barrel-aging program. Run by brothers Bryce and Daniel Tyranski—Bryce started brewing in college and spent time with Fort Point Brewing Company in San Francisco and Austin’s Hi Sign Brewing—the brothers are avid backpackers who use their travels as inspiration for the beer. Housed in a renovated former warehouse, it will offer indoor and outdoor seating, an industrial vibe, a "west Texas sunset" color scheme, and furniture Dan is making from reclaimed materials. It is described as a brewery, pub, and coffee shop serving small-batch craft beer and locally roasted coffee, and is currently open for to-go only." - Erin Russell
