"An Irish sports pub that typically times openings for football season, this concept expanded from a Sunset Strip outpost (2011) and a Downtown LA location (2016) and has just launched a large USC Village site. The new outlet occupies an 8,000-square-foot interior with an additional 2,000-square-foot patio seating 50, and it features roughly 30 TVs spread across the bar, lounge, and dining areas. The menu emphasizes traditional pub fare alongside a vegan menu, plus a grab-and-go service aimed at nearby students, and it keeps 24 beers on tap. Planned hours are about 11 a.m.–2 a.m. with weekday happy hour from 3–7 p.m., and the center offers three hours of validated underground parking. The fall opening is positioned to attract the student population and bolster the retail center after a slow summer, though some non-student residents may view the dining mix as very student-oriented." - Mona Holmes
