"Ken Katsumura (Acadia, Bellemore, Sushi Samba), son of Yoshi’s Cafe founder and culinary pioneer Yoshi Katsumura, is taking over the kitchen as executive chef at the longtime Japanese-French restaurant in Lakeview, according to a news release. He’s adding a new American twist to the menu while still integrating Japanese culinary traditions in dishes like a Japanese curry which draws on the country’s home style cooking.
