"They technically squeezed it in before January, but Isaac and Amanda Toups’ closure of Toups South felt like the first major shutter of 2020. Star chef Isaac Toups and wife/business partner Amanda closed the restaurant inside Central City’s Southern Food & Beverage Museum (SoFab) after three years to focus on their other projects and restaurant, Toups Meatery.
