"Meriwether’s, a historic restaurant known for its farm-to-table approach, will close on May 13 and reopen as a rooftop restaurant in a new five-story wooden building. The original restaurant, which opened in 2004 in the 1920s restaurant space of L’Auberge, will become a private event space. The building sits on the site of the 1905 World’s Fair, the 'Lewis and Clark Exposition,' and was renovated by owners John and Renee Orlando to reflect its historical pedigree." - Brooke Jackson-Glidden
