"In Little Italy I can now bite into Holy Paleta’s creations at the shop’s new India Street location: dressed-up paletas—handcrafted frozen pops from central Mexico—topped with nuts, candies, and drizzles. The menu ranges from vegan, juice-based options like chamango and watermelon mojito to dairy-based horchata and creamy avocado treats, with signature items such as a raspberry lemonade paleta dipped in white chocolate and topped with Fruity Pebbles and a mango pop drizzled with chamoy, sprinkled with tajín, and finished with spicy dried mango. The team hopes to replicate the instant-hit formula of its original Bonita location; this outpost is pet-friendly, offers more tables and greater seating capacity, and is open Monday–Thursday 11 a.m.–9 p.m., Friday–Saturday 11 a.m.–10 p.m., and Sunday 10 a.m.–9 p.m., with plans to add small appetizers and pop pairings with beer or wine." - Mario A.
