Mercado del Pueblo, a community market and business incubator run by the Puerto Rican Cultural Center, opened earlier this spring, Block Club reports. Owner Janellie Rodriguez and her husband, chef Moisés Hernandez Vizcorrondo, serve grilled pinchos (meat skewers), fritters made to order, jibarito sliders, and other Puerto Rican dishes.
