"Opened to the public in late June across from Centennial Park, this two-story Jimmy Buffett–themed restaurant and retail shop bursts with bright tropical and neon kitschy decor. It features three bars — 5 o'Clock Somewhere, License to Chill, and a second-floor tiki bar — plus retractable second-floor windows that offer views of Centennial Park and the SkyView Ferris Wheel and a ground-floor patio with indoor-outdoor, street-side seating. Menu highlights include volcano nachos, a Cheeseburger in Paradise and saccharine margaritas, and the venue regularly features live music aimed at Buffett fans. Its arrival is part of a larger resort development that sparked protests from preservationists concerned about historically significant sites on the block.
