"Raku Shabu Shabu House is currently in soft opening phase in the previous Regent Bakery & Cafe space in Capitol Hill. Shabu shabu, for the uninitiated, is Japanese-style hot pot where diners cook meat and vegetables in broth, and then eat them with dipping sauces. At Raku — kind of a hybrid between shabu shabu, sukiyaki, and individualized hot pot — you can get meat and seafood platters along with a vegetable and sauce bar and choice of broths.
