"Owner Dulanthi Batathota moved from Sri Lanka to the U.S. in 2008, landing a job at Italian restaurant Milano in Tiburon. After learning the ropes, she dreamed of opening her own business and now that dream is a reality in Dolly’s Tavern, an Italian wine bar that opened in El Cerrito late last year.
