"At the SE Hawthorne Burgerville location, workers voted 13 to 9 in a National Labor Relations Board–overseen election to join the Burgerville Workers Union, making this shop the third Burgerville location to officially unionize. I noted James Curry IV’s remark that, despite some anti-union messaging from Burgerville Corporate, workers showed up to say they want a union here and are ready to join friends and coworkers at the bargaining table. Burgerville said it remains committed to bargaining in good faith.
