"Winemakers Gino Razzi and Davide Creato offer a broad slate to suit nearly every palate — sweet, dry, sparkling, red, white, and rosé made from international and hybrid grapes — from playful moscato rosé to a high-end Library Series Reserve cabernet franc reserved for club members. The wines are made from 100 percent Pennsylvania fruit, predominantly grown on the 35-acre site; smaller-group tastings happen on a covered outdoor deck while larger groups can enjoy tented lawn space where local beer and cider are available. Penns Woods is open seven days a week, runs a full events and class calendar, and donates one dollar from each bottle sale to state viticulture and enological research." - Eater
