Chicago Restaurants Are Now Open for Patio Dining | Eater Chicago

"A family-owned Lakeview diner at the corner of Southport and Lincoln that reopened outdoor patio seating on the first day restaurants were allowed to welcome customers outdoors; early patrons sat down around 6:30 a.m. and, despite rain, remained happy to be seated, while the owners expressed excitement at seeing customers again. Reopening took place under new safety rules such as mask requirements (diners may unmask once seated) and six-foot table spacing." - Ashok Selvam
