Bellecour Bakery Expands to St. Paul in Its Latest Partnership With Cooks of Crocus Hill | Eater Twin Cities

"Tucked inside a longtime St. Paul retail flagship at 877 Grand Avenue, Cooks of Crocus Hill has teamed up again with Bellecour on a shop-within-shop that opens Thursday, August 12, offering pastries, wraps, salads, crepe cakes, and freshly brewed coffee and espresso daily. The Dwyers welcomed the Bellecour team into their space in July 2020; the flagship—home to a specialty deli counter and grab-and-go offerings for almost five decades—was reconfigured after the deli didn’t catch on, and the owners resurrected the original layout to place the bakery where the deli once stood. The new grab-and-go stand will accept online preorders, and hours are 7 a.m.–6 p.m. weekdays, 8 a.m.–6 p.m. Saturdays, and until 5 p.m. Sundays." - Alex Lodner
