"Opening July 30 on Church Street in North Decatur, this fast-casual Bay Area Indian chain brings its playful, street-food–inspired menu to Atlanta as the first of four planned local locations. Known for hybrid dishes like tikka masala burritos and deconstructed samosas, the menu also features kathi rolls, biryani, thali platters, “hella vegan” burritos, the cheesy, onion- and jalapeño-topped “naughty naan,” and sweet-potato “sexy fries” finished with cheese and a choice of chicken, lamb, or paneer. Founded as a food truck in 2009, the concept now has six Northern California locations; the new Decatur spot will celebrate its grand opening with Punjabi Bhangra dancers, henna artists, and promotions that include complimentary bowls, samosas, or burritos for the first 150 guests and 50% off orders all day. Regular hours are Sunday–Thursday 11 a.m.–10 p.m. and Friday–Saturday 11 a.m.–11 p.m." - Beth McKibben
