"Over the past two decades, restaurateurs Armando Ocampo and Lilia Zagal have built a veritable empire of Los Ocampo restaurants, a mix of full-service restaurants and ultra-quick “express” locations. The specialty is handmade, light-fried masa cakes, which come smothered with refried beans (huaraches), stuffed with cheese and pork (tlacoyos), or crowned with carnitas (sopes).
