"BorraCho Tacos is set to open at 42 South Broadway on October 3; it’s Symensma’s latest endeavor, already located inside Avanti F&B. BorraCho will bring chef Kevin Chu’s current Avanti menu to South Broadway and expand on it. Customers can expect tacos with shredded short rib, queso, sweet onions, and pickled chili; and tacos with shrimp satay, sriracha mayo, mint, radish, and avocado.
