Capitol Cafe Pop-Up Is Open in Detroit’s Capitol Park | Eater Detroit

"A new seasonal pop-up in Capitol Park operated by Eatori Market in partnership with Bedrock Real Estate, open Tuesday through Sunday for lunch and dinner through September. The menu emphasizes refreshing, peak-summer dishes such as a Waldorf salad and a lobster roll, while drinks are served from a converted shipping container. Seating is surrounded by greenery with some areas shaded by a pergola. The pop-up is run by Eatori, the market and restaurant first opened in 2017 by chef Zak Yatim and Samer Ghafari, and follows Bedrock’s previous collaboration with Jeremy Sasson on a Latin restaurant pop-up at the same location last summer." - Joy Summers
