"James Beard-recognized chef Bradley Kilgore snagged some prime San Francisco restaurant real estate by locking in a deal to open Cafe Sebastian below the Transamerica Pyramid. Cafe Sebastian is the first of Kilgore’s three restaurants to open on the pyramid grounds; Madlab Gelato & Kakigori, meanwhile, is his recently opened Japanese shaved ice dessert shop, soon to be followed by Ama, an Italian-Japanese restaurant. Cafe Sebastian, however, offers an all-day menu that stretches from breakfast to lunch, with dinner offerings soon to arrive on Saturday, January 11." - Paolo Bicchieri
