"Late Tuesday night in front of an iconic Sunset Strip music venue, an out-of-control car attempting a left turn onto Sunset Boulevard lost control, mounted the sidewalk and struck roughly a dozen people gathered outside before becoming lodged on a thick metal pole supporting the building's awning. Security cameras captured the incident, multiple people were transported to hospital with minor injuries, and the driver—identified as Brandon Baker-Grey, an off-duty Lyft driver—was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.
