The culinary charity brings together more than 70 local and nationally known chefs, each presenting playful, mostly meaty dishes centered on classic Cajun boudin (and in some cases bourbon or beer); Guy Fieri is one of the 2018 co-chairs alongside Donald Link and Stephen Stryjewski of the Link Restaurant Group.
