"A confident newcomer to the local boil-in-a-bag seafood scene, this 1,330-square-foot spot in Golden Spring Plaza on Spring Mountain Road (near Duneville Street) offers a full menu of baskets, family favorites, po-boys and fresh seafood sold by the half- or full-pound. Opened last August and built from scratch, it serves lunch and dinner with weekday lunch specials, fried options like hush puppies, shrimp, tilapia, clams, oysters and chicken tenders, and a long market-priced seafood list that includes blue crab, snow crab legs, Manila clams, green mussels, lobster tails, Dungeness crab, crawfish and king crab legs. Diners choose a spice level up to extra hot and a seasoning—Cajun garlic butter, lemon pepper or a blend—and the restaurant is best known for its Low Country boil, stacked with potato, corn, a boiled egg and half-pound servings of sausage, shrimp and snow crab legs. The Nevada location features a mural tribute to the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign, is part of a multi-state chain (Tennessee, Virginia, Alabama, Missouri and Oklahoma), and is currently awaiting its liquor license with planned happy-hour deals from 3–7 p.m. Monday–Thursday and all day Sunday; current hours are daily 11:30 a.m.–10 p.m., extending to 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays." - Bradley Martin
