"Although its previous incarnation, China Harbor, enjoyed something of a storied reputation over the last 30 years, it’s been smooth sailing here since restaurateur Vince Zhao (Joyale, Top Gun) bought the lakeside restaurant in late 2024. Now with a new name and a squeaky-clean look, Seattle Harbor is still serving a huge menu of Cantonese comfort dishes that center around dim sum and seafood: to wit, peking duck, fried pork ribs, pumpkin seafood soup, egg tarts, and xiao long bao.
