"Owned by Jakkrit Tuanphakdee of Bangkok Thyme Thai Cuisine and opening October 2 in the former Food 101 space on Roswell Road in Sandy Springs, this 100-seat seafood restaurant and bar operates as a sea-to-table concept centered on build-your-own seafood boils and dramatic seafood towers. Guests can select giant live king crabs from an on-site tank for their meals; boils combine shellfish such as king crab legs, crawfish, lobster and mussels in flavors like garlic butter or Cajun with varying spice levels, and are served with corn and potatoes (adding sausage costs an extra $5). The menu also features oysters, starters like crab cakes, tuna poke and fried calamari, entrees including a whole Maine lobster, a soft-shell crab sandwich and fish and chips, plus non-seafood options like a burger and a Cajun chicken plate. The operation emphasizes local ingredients and a lively atmosphere, and is open daily from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m." - Beth McKibben
