"Café du Parc, a French-themed hotel restaurant, is celebrating its 10-year anniversary with a new art deco look and a menu that replicates a modern brasserie. The restaurant features dishes inspired by legendary French chef Auguste Escoffier, such as beef bourguignon, pan-seared sea bass and scallops, and Berkshire pork tenderloin. The interior redesign includes glass orb lights, traditional French chairs, navy blue banquettes, mirrored panels, and decorative subway tiles.
