"Opened in April 2020 by Cindy Phan and business partner Sue Nguyen, Yoonique Tea began as a bubble tea shop known for inventive specialty drinks like granola milk tea, Oreo cloud foam tea, and the duricado (a durian and avocado shake topped with toasted coconut and almonds). The shop expanded its presence by vending tea at events such as the West Linn Old Time Fair, the Portland Flea, and Portland Night Market, and when asked to sell food at the Old Time Fair that experience snowballed into the decision to open a restaurant." - Janey Wong
