"For the summer only, the EPIC Hotel’s 16th floor rooftop will transform into a Mediterranean eatery appropriately called EPIC Pop-Up. The 45-seat restaurant features a Mediterranean tapas menu with dishes like Jamón Serrano con melon, Andalusia marinated olives, stuffed dates, conch salad and mussels escabeche, plus larger plates like grilled fish Provençale and Spanish-style prawns with garlic and olive oil.
