"Patrick Choy has moved Patrick’s Cafe and Bakery from Rainier Beach to White Center, bringing along everything from croissants and peach pie to mac and cheese and Hawaiian dinner rolls to cinnamon rolls (regular or coconut-based haupia), a specialty of the house. The cafe also serves Fidalgo Coffee and works with local purveyors like Seattle Fish Guys and Cascadia Chai.
