The Zipper’s Landlord Isn’t Charging Rent Right Now | Eater Portland
"In Northeast Portland I learned that the Zipper food hall's landlord, Kevin Cavenaugh (also a developer for Guerrilla Development), gave 32 restaurants and retailers a rent freeze for April so they did not have to pay, while asking other tenants to 'pay what they can,' and that he plans to continue the rent freeze into the coming months as many restaurant owners fight to stay open during the shutdown." - Brooke Jackson-Glidden
