"Founded in 2018 as a Dogpatch warehouse to create a home for visual, technical, culinary arts, and music, the Midway grew into a music-focused venue known for its visiting artists during the pandemic and is now re-emphasizing its food programming with pop-ups by executive chef Oliver Walleck.
