"I'm excited that a lowkey bar and bottle shop will open alongside City Noise's new location at 7033 NE Glisan Street, offering about 10 taps and roughly 40 seats. Replicant will favor a muted, 'old bar' feel with dark wood notes and darker greens, blacks, and browns, a lot of used furniture, and a few subtle Blade Runner references (though Crumbley is clear it won't be a theme bar). The taps will primarily focus on Pacific Northwestern beers but won't be exclusive, and the cooler will stock cans of beer or cider to drink there or take home. Because owner Gianpiero Milani is Italian, the wine list will always include some Italian wines alongside broader international selections from places like Spain and Mexico; they like natural wine but won't limit the menu to it. The bar will also maintain a strong zero-proof program with nonalcoholic beer and wine plus bottled and house-made cocktails, and food will stay limited to snacks like almonds, olives, vegan cheese boards, and soft pretzels baked down the street at Fressen. The space is designed to pair with listening stations so folks can drink and listen." - Brooke Jackson-Glidden
