It offers a menu overseen by John Schafer, including lamb and manchego empanadas, filet mignon carpaccio, pastas, grilled fish and meat, and a double stack cheeseburger. The beverage program, created in collaboration with Soho’s Liquor Lab, includes a smoked bourbon, whiskey, and sherry cocktail.
