"This buzzworthy downtown restaurant, on the 40th floor of Stephen Avenue Place, hit pandemic hurdle after hurdle on the way to opening, and even sat completely empty for a full year before the doors finally swung open in 2021. It’s now the hardest reservation to get in town. Phenomenal views and a luxe dining room set the stage for chef Garrett Martin’s incredible food.
