P. Terry’s Adds New Chicken Sandwich and Opens New Burger Restaurant | Eater Austin
"The Elgin-based pizzeria Aviator Pizza opened its latest location at 4005 West Parmer Lane in late April; the far-north restaurant is currently taking only pickup orders placed online, but the beer garden will open for dine-in service starting Memorial Day (May 25). Co-owners John McElroy and Dr. Ana Lam-McElroy opened the first Aviator Pizza in Elgin in 2014 and first expanded into Austin in December 2016." - Nadia Chaudhury
