"At 213 W. Hubbard Street in River North, I saw P.F. Chang’s To Go open as the chain’s first smaller restaurant focused on carryout, delivery, and catering — a pivot from its full-service bistro model. At about 2,000 square feet with no tables inside, the storefront offers a to-go menu of rice bowls and bento boxes (each with an entree and an egg roll or soup, plus salad for lunch), lettuce wraps, and Chinese‑American mains like Mongolian beef and sesame chicken; customers can ask for items to be prepared without gluten. Delivery will be handled by third-party services (and occasionally P.F. Chang’s drivers) using sealable “DeliverSafebags” that are designed to be tamper-proof and keep orders hot and fresh, and the restaurant opens at 11 a.m.; it will give away free lettuce wraps for a year to the first 100 who order online or in person." - Ashok Selvam
