"Planned as a casual Tex-Mex spot on the Strip, this new restaurant is slated to occupy a prime, highly visible location previously home to a motorcycle-themed eatery. Operators behind Red Palms and Smokey’s Bistro & Bar intend to add an upgraded patio and outdoor bar, remodel the indoor dining room and lounge, and include an on-site retail section. Although initially expected to open by last fall, progress has been delayed: construction has not begun, permitting and an upcoming design review for a major two-story building overhaul are still pending, and no updated arrival timetable has been released." - Bradley Martin
