"Planned as a casual Tex-Mex spot on the Strip, this new restaurant is slated to occupy a prime, highly visible location previously home to a motorcycle-themed eatery. Operators behind Red Palms and Smokey’s Bistro & Bar intend to add an upgraded patio and outdoor bar, remodel the indoor dining room and lounge, and include an on-site retail section.
